Starts: 2-3.30pm. Registration opens 1.45pm, Courses close at 4pm.

Costs: Children £3, Adults £4 (Claro members half price, details of how to join the club here – only £6 for Juniors))

Travel: Valley Gardens lies close to the centre of Harrogate, a 20 minute walk from Harrogate train station and bus station. The No 6 bus passes nearby on Cold Bath Road. If you are travelling by car please park considerately on the nearby local streets, where disc parking is available, but can be busy on fine days. Do check the length of stay carefully for disc parking as this varies from street to street and which side of the road you are parked on.

What’s available: Valley Gardens is an historic popular park with lots of map detail and interesting features. There will be a range of short courses for everyone and a couple of longer harder ones for more exercised youngsters and novice adults. Come and do and many courses as you like. All welcome. Our band of happy helpers will be there to get you started. Valley Gardens also boast a range of facilities including a large play park, café and ice cream stalls, crazy golf, pitch and putt course and frizzy golf. Why not bring the whole family and a picnic and make a day of it?!
